Every item is made to order in my York workshop, completely from scratch. It is solid furniture—not imported or flat-packed—made to suit your space, your style and the way you live.
Your commission stays here from the first drawing and material selection to the finished piece, so I can give every stage the care it deserves.
That includes fitted interiors and kitchens, as well as cabinets, tables and one-off furniture for homes and businesses.

Parts machined, jointed and refined with a balance of trusted tools and hand work.
Assemble
Every component dry-fitted, checked and adjusted before the final assembly.
Finish
Surfaces prepared by hand, then finished to suit the timber, colour and setting.
03 · Materials matter
The right material.
The right finish.
I use quality materials and finishes selected around the piece, its setting and your brief. Timber, colour, dimensions and details can all be tailored, rather than forcing your idea into a standard specification.
You are welcome to visit while your furniture is being made. If you cannot make it to the workshop, I will keep you close to the process with regular photo updates from the first stages to the finished item.
