Essential basket storage

The key “neil-bespoke-cart” stores a versioned copy of the items and listed options in your basket. It is essential to provide the basket you request, does not track you across websites and expires after 30 days without basket activity. It may be removed sooner by clearing your basket or browser storage.

Consent preference

The key “neil-bespoke-consent” remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics and the policy version shown to you. It lasts for six months. This essential preference prevents the website repeatedly asking the same question. Cookie Settings in the footer lets you review or withdraw your choice.

Optional Google Analytics

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, equal Accept analytics and Reject analytics controls are shown before any Google analytics code loads. If accepted, Google may set cookies beginning “_ga” to distinguish visits, normally for up to two years. App navigation is measured without duplicate page views. If rejected or withdrawn, analytics remains disabled and this site attempts to remove its Google Analytics cookies.

  • Analytics storage is denied by default and granted only after acceptance.
  • Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation and remarketing remain denied. No advertising tools are included.
  • Withdrawing consent prevents future measurement but cannot undo information already lawfully processed while consent was active.

Stripe and external links

Secure payment takes place on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies on its own domain for security, fraud prevention and payment processing under its own notices. Instagram, Facebook and other external sites may use their own technologies after you follow a link; they are not loaded into this website as tracking widgets.

Browser controls

You can also clear or block storage in your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent the basket from working. Contact us if you need to place an order another way.
